Ordering Information:

How to Order Online:

1.Discuss it with me: Send your email to ASBTSF@gmail.com, describing what it is you want drawn.  I can draw pretty much anything- I am also capable of drawing elements from multiple photos into one drawing.   Please check out my Prices prior to emailing, so you can let me know which size you would like, as well as which method of payment you would like to use, this way we can finalize everything.  Please include the photo(s) you would like drawn with your email (if you have trouble doing so, please let me know and we can discuss other ways of sending photos)

2.Pay online by credit card.  How do you do that?  Well it’s simple, I’ll email you a payment link.  This link will direct you to PayPal where you can finish your order online securely.  You can also pay by cashiers check or money order to the address I will provide in our email correspondence.

3.In about 2 weeks from the date I receive payment, you will receive your very own Hand Drawn Portrait from the photograph(s) you provided.  I will email you a copy, prior to shipment, so you can approve the final drawing.

Shipping:

I ship via FedEx to ensure the safest way possible for getting your portraits and other merchandise to you.  Currently I only ship to US residents.  No international orders please.  Shipping is already calculated into the cost of the drawings.  If you would like to receive your merchandise quickly, please shoot me an email, letting me know you would like Express Shipping, or Overnight Shipping (additional charges may apply).  If FedEx doesn’t deliver to your area, please email me and we can work out other arrangements.

Refunds:

My goal is to satisfy the customer.  If there is ever a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact me.  Once a drawing has been completed, I will email you with the finished product for your approval.  Once you have approved the drawing, I will assume no refund is needed and ship it out.  For any other merchandise that may be purchased that is not a drawing, if you find anything wrong once you receive the product, please contact me immediately to discuss return/refunds.  If you have any questions about my refund policy please let me know: ASBTSF@gmail.com

About the Artist:

I’m Amber L. Uphoff.  Born and raised a Wisconsinite, but living in Texas for the past 7 years or so.  I’ve been drawing since a very young age- and taking almost every art class my school district had to offer from Kindergarten thru 12th grade.  I did go to college for art- obtaining an Associate of Applied Arts in Computer Animation as a Character Animator in 2003.  I also Paint, knit, sew and attempt to crochet from time to time.  If you would like any more information about the artist, or this website- contact me: ASBTSF@gmail.com (I do check my email several times a day, so I will get back to you within 24 hours)
